Sticky Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Traditional Japanese Teriyaki Sauce

INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets
¼ cup Peko Peko Traditional Japanese Teriyaki Sauce
1 Tbsp olive oil
Sautee Greens:
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 bunch chinese broccoli (Gai Lan)
4 spring onion, cut into 4 cm lengths
4 slices of fresh ginger
Steamed white rice to serve
TO PREPARE
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, place salmon skin side down, add greens and ginger to one side, sear until salmon skin is golden, flip fillet and pour over Traditional Japanese Teriyaki sauce. Allow to simmer, basting salmon and greens for another 2 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve fish and greens over rice with a drizzle of teriyaki pan juices.
